Our team
Elva Grauda graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Latvia, obtaining a professional law degree and a Master’s degree in Legal Science. She has gained professional experience working as a judge’s assistant at the Riga City Northern District Court and at the Parliament of the Republic of Latvia.
Since 2021, Elva has been working in the field of legal education - as a legal program manager and lawyer, she has organized annual training programs for sworn advocates, interdisciplinary seminars, and has contributed to the development of several e-learning programs.
Alongside her work at the TMCPS, Elva regularly organizes events, quiz games, and other educational activities for residents of Latvia, the Latvian diaspora, and international audiences.
Since 2025, Elva Grauda isthe director of TMCPS.

Endija Dredžele holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Rīga Stradiņš University. From 2014 until the summer of 2017, she was engaged in franchising and managed her own business. Since January 2018, Endija has been working at the Continuing Education Training Centre for Civil Society (formerly the Latvian Judicial Training Centre), where she is responsible for supporting the implementation of remote learning, developing new training programmes, and overseeing their execution. She has contributed to the development of several e-learning courses, as well as the design and implementation of various international and national training programmes.

Elīna Karahristu qualified as an Enterprise Manager in the Bachelor’s programme of the BA School of Business and Finance. Elīna has been responsible for commercial activity accounting, project planning and supervision, and financial resource planning at the Continuing Education Training Centre for Civil Society (formerly the Latvian Judicial Training Centre) since 2012. Elīna has gained experience on project management as well, working as co-organizer partner in project Universal Design for Human Rights in year 2023 and 2024. Since February 2026 she is responsible for coordinating and managing civil society issues, creating and establishing new partnerships.
Elīna is a Board Member of TMCPS since March 2025.

In 2002, Solvita graduated from the New School University (New York, USA) with a master's degree in organizational management.
Her previous work experience includes positions in the public sector (at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of State Reforms, and the School of Public Administration), as well as developing and implementing programs in the non-governmental sector (at the Soros Foundation in Latvia, the Human Rights and Ethnic Harmony Program, and the NGO Center).
From 2003 until January 2025 she served as the executive director of the Latvian Judicial Training Center.
